Guru Nanak Haveli offers traditionally prepared dairy products including Bilona Ghee, A2 Ghee, milk, and related farm products. All products are prepared with care using traditional methods and natural ingredients.

2. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and details. Since our products are naturally prepared using traditional methods, slight variations in color, texture, graininess, or aroma may occur from batch to batch.
Such natural variations are not considered defects.
3. Fresh on Order Preparation
Many of our products are prepared fresh after an order is placed to maintain quality and freshness. Because of this, dispatch times may vary slightly depending on production schedules and order volume.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timelines mentioned on the website. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Guru Nanak Haveli is not responsible for delays caused by third party courier partners.
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details while placing orders.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.
Refunds or replacements may only be provided in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing item in order
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos as proof.
Refund approvals are subject to verification.
7. Storage Instructions
Our ghee and dairy products should be stored as instructed on the packaging or website.
Improper storage, contamination, or mishandling after delivery may affect product quality, for which Guru Nanak Haveli will not be held responsible.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, images, product names, graphics, text, and designs are the property of Guru Nanak Haveli and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

While we take utmost care in preparing high quality products, Guru Nanak Haveli shall not be held liable for:
