Refund policy

At Guru Nanak Haveli, we take great care in preparing and packaging every product with hygiene and quality standards. Since our products are food and dairy based, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A leaked package
  • A wrong item
  • Or a missing item

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

After verification, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund/store credit, depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners or natural conditions
  • Products not refrigerated/stored properly after delivery (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
