Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is started and shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

• Orders already shipped or out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
• Customized or special bulk orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a full refund.
